  • Chiropractic Adjustments

    Chiropractic adjustments realigns the spine, improves posture, increases range of motion, and improves the body's physical function. Some instruments we use are drop tables, Activator, Hylo table, and Knee-Chest tables.

  • Flexion Distraction

  • Gua Sha (Scraping Therapy)

    Gua sha (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) has been in use in Traditional Chinese Medicine since 220BCE. It breaks up scar tissue, reduces muscle knots, increase range of motion, and decreases healing time.

  • Cupping (Myofascial Decompression)

    Cupping therapy (myofascial decompression) has been used by the Egyptians since 1,500BCE. It increases blood circulation, relieves muscle tension, resolves chronic muscle tightness, and promotes cell repair.

  • Electrical Stimulation Therapy

    Electrical stimulation therapy such as interferential current, TENS, and faradic wave are utilized relaxes muscles, flushes out edema, relieves pain, and promotes blood circulation.

  • Therapeutic Ultrasound

    Therapeutic ultrasound increase local circulation, promotes cellular healing, reduces swelling and inflammation.
